About the job

The EOUniversity Youth Professional Program (YPP) is a unique opportunity for young professionals from around the world who aspire to develop their careers and pursue managerial and leadership positions in an international environment.

The program combines practical professional experience with structured academic learning, allowing participants to develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to take the next step in their professional journey. Participants join EOUniversity in a managerial role while also benefiting from an integrated educational pathway designed to strengthen their understanding of leadership, management, and professional practice.

First launched in 2017, the program has welcomed more than 60 young leaders from over 45 nationalities, creating a truly international and multicultural learning and working environment. The program is more than an internship, it is a career development experience designed to prepare emerging professionals for leadership. It gives participants the opportunity to learn by doing, take responsibility, manage projects and teams, and develop a deeper understanding of how an international organization operates.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants receive two certificates, one recognizing their completion of the academic component of the program and another recognizing their professional experience and managerial role at EOUniversity.

Whether you are looking to gain your first managerial experience, strengthen your leadership profile, or prepare for future professional opportunities, the EOUniversity Youth Professional Program can be a valuable step toward building your international career.

The YPP is designed as a progressive managerial development experience. Participants are not expected to have complete managerial expertise from the beginning. Instead, they will learn through practical experience, guidance, and increasing responsibility.

As participants demonstrate reliability, initiative, and the ability to handle assigned responsibilities, they may gradually be entrusted with more complex tasks, greater project responsibility, team coordination, and leadership opportunities, always within the scope of the part-time position and under the appropriate supervision of the Director.

This approach allows participants to learn management by doing, while receiving the support and supervision necessary to develop into confident and capable future managers.
