EOUniversity is looking for qualified and experienced professors to join its international academic community and contribute to the development and delivery of its educational programs. Applicants may be Ph.D. holders, Ph.D. candidates, or Master's degree holders with at least five years of academic or professional experience in their field of specialization. Professors will contribute their academic and professional expertise to the development of high-quality course content and support students throughout the learning process.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. holder, Or Ph.D. Candidate (With previous scientific works), Or Master Degree's holder with more than 5 years experience in the filed of teaching.

  • Good academic and teaching motivation.

  • English proficiency for teaching.

  • Basic computer skills to manage teaching online.

Duties

  • Prepare a teaching proposal outlining the course objectives, structure, learning outcomes, and methodology.

  • Develop and organize course content, including lectures, learning materials, readings, practical activities, and other educational resources.

  • Deliver and facilitate the course in accordance with the approved academic structure and learning objectives.

  • Manage course discussions and student engagement, encouraging participation, interaction, and knowledge exchange.

  • Prepare and manage quizzes, assignments, and examinations to assess students’ learning and progress.

  • Provide academic guidance and feedback to students throughout the course.

  • Monitor student progress and support learners in achieving the intended learning outcomes.

  • Participate in EOUniversity webinars, events, and promotional activities related to the course when requested.

  • Collaborate with EOUniversity’s academic and administrative teams to ensure the effective delivery and continuous improvement of the course.

  • Review and update course materials when necessary to ensure that content remains relevant, accurate, and aligned with developments in the field.
