*Time Commitment

The internship is a part-time engagement, designed to be compatible with studies, employment, and other commitments. Interns are expected to dedicate approximately 8 hours per week, with tasks and responsibilities assigned according to the available time and the needs of the department.

The objective is not to overload interns with responsibilities, but to provide a structured environment where they can learn, contribute, receive guidance, and progressively grow in confidence and responsibility throughout their internship. This framing also makes the internship feel more credible because it clearly distinguishes learning and supervised contribution from the responsibilities of a regular employee or manager.
